Haunted by a breech of practice 10 years ago. What should I do about it?

I saw a Nurse wipe newly born twin girls bottoms from bottom up, and the next day they both died. Now I went to prenatal cl with my wife, and surely all nurses know that you wipe girls from top to bottom. At the time it happened it was as though the nurse was glad that the twin girls had pooed and her actions seemed deliberate. What if it was a murder? It seems that it was a breech at the very least.
