Who thinks that real fat people should have surgery ?

I was watching a pro gramme the other day about this woman that weighed 64 stone and she is going in for surgery ( life suction or what ever you want to call it.) I think if they want to be greedy and eat all the time that's there problem they should live with it if there not happy go on a diet not surgery.I apologies to those that are obesity through illness. I have many friends that are over weight so please don't think im insulting people
