Should I tell my teacher my friend didn't help with our project?

I was igned to work on a school project with my friend. We have to research and create a travel guide for Cuba. There's just one problem, she hasn't done any work and the project is due on Tuesday! I've tried to get her to help (I asked her to start writing our bibliography, find another fun activity, balance our expenses book, etc.) and she always says "Yeah, yeah in a sec." and does drawings on paint on the computer! I've tried to tell her that we really need to get some work done, but she just won't help! Now I have to finish everything she was supposed to do in one day for the sake of my grade! Should I tell my teacher that I had to do all the work or should I just let it slide and let her get full credit?
