What are the chances of me getting into NROTC?

I've finished two years of college and am halfway through my Computer Science degree. I have a low GPA (2.6), but I now have the motivation to get higher grades, I could probably pull a 3.5-3.6 for each semester left. I have amazingly high SAT and ACT scores, if that matters. I am really interested in joining NROTC and becoming a naval officer directly after college as my choice in career. Do you think this is possible or am I eff'd?
