Could this be a formula allergy?

Sounds like it could be... not sure though. My friends baby had such a severe allergy he couldn't even have milk. His stool was bloody in the nicu and they finally found out about his allergy. He is on some special formula now that is way expensive and dr. prescriped. Doesn't hurt to test him for it.
