Do westerners(Americans) look down on or dislike Chinese people?

It isn't that people don't like Chinese it is mostly that Chinese do not integrate into the countries in which they live. They mostly form their own communities and never know what it is to be a part of that country. I live not far from an Asian community and most can't even speak English when I'm over there.
