Is Air Force ROTC program worth it?

I am thinking about applying for the ROTC program at Arizona State but am wondering if it is worth it? I physically able to handle anytihing and I need the scholarship, but is it going to help me pursue my career within Aerospace Engineering? Bottom line is it going to be worth it?
