You definitely need to get your SAT scores up to be considered. Ideally your GPA should be a tad higher as well but I think your amazing extracurriculars and community service could make up for it. I think as of now, they'd all be worth applying to (you've got nothing to lose if you can afford the application fees) and that you have the best chance at Georgetown, Columbia or Duke. Keep working hard!
