What you need to do is pay the debt you owe and save money. You're in DEBT!! You cannot afford this down payment for a vacant lot. Why is that? YOU HAVE NO MONEY! How do you know this area is going to flourish? You need to pay what you owe. Not get yourself in more debt. Grow Up.
