If you had $2 million AUD to help new mums and newborns where/what would you spend it on?

If I had 2 million dollars, I'd just buy myself a house, a new car, invest some, save some,and keep working and living my life, it's not my job to pay for others, believe it or not, and I don't think women should have children they cannot afford to support. Why do parents need others to take care of their baby? Their baby is their responsibility..
