Okay, so I am going to be Junior in college. My life is pretty good, I have an amazing boyfriend, my dog is the super cutest most adorable GSD ever. I am a mechanical engineering major with my summer internship for NASA studying Piezoelectric materials, great friends and family. I got a super financial aid package for next year. I have enough money to pay all my bills even though it gets a little tight every now and then, but overall I am proud of myself, I have a pretty good life, and I love it, which is all that matters right?
Recently I have been having a lot of trouble in school, the last few years I guess I should say. I love hiking, skiing, reading, swimming, tennis...okay so I have a lot of interests, I am not fat or anything, I weigh about 125 and am 5'6 so thats not too bad or anything, and most people would consider me kind of pretty. Not bragging, just back ground stuff.

I have problems concentrating, and I have major anxiety issues. I worry all the time, about everything.

How long does a landlord have to return a deposit after I vacate a property.?

I vacated my rented house in Northern Ireland at the start of June. As yet the landlord has not returned my deposit. We have spoken to him a few times and although he is deducting some for oil (as we couldn't afford to put oil in the tank before we moved out), we are expecting part of our deposit back. 2004 Saturn L300 Starting/Battery Problems?

I left my iPOD charger/FM transmitter plugged into the cig lighter for about 10min while the car was turned off, came back out and the car wouldnt start. Took it to the mechanic, battery, alternator and started tested OK. Used the iPOD charger again yesterday, unplugged it b-4 turning the car off, came back out 10-15 min later, would not start. Took it to Advanced Auto Parts for testing, all results OK but it said that the "Starter AMP draw is low w/ OK starter voltage. Check starter circuit for loose worn or corroded wiring". My cig lighter is "testy" and if you bump whatever is plugged into it, it comes unplugged a little and shuts off whatever is charging, could this cause a short in the electrical to cause these problems???

How do I grow out my relaxer?

I grew my hair out about 10 years ago because I wanted to change my style to natural. It took about 6 months. It wasn't easy because the new growth was hard to style. But, what I did was alternate between braids and a weave. I went to a professional hair dresser & made sure that my hair was conditioned & properly cared for. My hair did grow and I wore it natural for a few years, now I'm back to relaxer. IMO any style that you wear you hair can grow.- Make sure that you condition it every time that you shampoo and my stylist recommends hot oil treatments. And apply a daily moisturizer. Good luck.

All I can really say is you are not alone. My mother in law is the same to me she tells me rude stuff she treats her other son and grand kids better than my child. I have lived with them for over 2 years and I am going insane!!! My bf also tells me to forget it and he blames me! You need to give your husband some choices. He backs you up and stands up to his mother or you leave. I left my bf and i stayed with my family. He missed us and has changed. Just about all the time he backs me up. Its not 100% better but damn near close. She has made up her mind about you and that will never change but what you need to do is get your man on your side. Good luck!

92 Honda Accord great runner?

The Accord runs great, but, sometimes after getting off the highway it will sputter and wants to die. A shift to neutral and some additional revs solves the problem till the next time I drive at highway speed then slow down, same problem. Driving around town no bad idle problem. Plugs are OK. Maybe some injector cleaner or a can of throttle body spray? If it was a fuel pump problem I coulden't get to high speeds right? Thanks

Can you imagine ANYONE in your family getting health care without being insured?

I'm a civilian. Six years ago I was going through pains due to gallstones. I went to the ER over and over without insurance. They did nothing but run test and run up my bill. After 10 ER visits, I decided that my next visit would be to my Doc even though I felt like the pain was an emergency and I needed ER attention I was tired of getting nowhere and knew my Doc would not allow this to go on. So extreme pain came and I went to the Doc, she said I had gangrene and needed surgery due to a ruptured gall bladder. This could have been prevented. When the ER bills came in I refused to pay and made threats because they ignored my medical needs simply because I had no insurance. I didn't hear from them again. Hum??? I paid my Doc and all involved in the surgery. Yes, it took a few years and they were very kind in working out a payment plan. The whole issue here is no one should go without health care. There should and will be health care for those who need it at the time they need it. Many uninsured put off going because they know they will not receive the care they need, just a band-aid. Many times the result is an untimely death. Would you want your Parents, Children, any family member being denied health care simply because they do not have insurance or money? That's really what it boils down to. So what's the big deal about going in once or twice a year for a health care evaluation? Why are so many trying to unravel something so simple. Do you have any idea how many guided students will be there to look over your health care needs? Imagine...

Does this make sense to anyone...?

It is unjust that those settlers misunderstood how the land was being used, unjust that they commonly saw the American natives (and other non-Europeans) as subhuman, and unjust that the diseases they (mostly unintentionally) brought with them decimated the native population. That being said, we cannot change the past, but must merely learn to live with it. Car speakers not workings?

I ran a cord for my car stereo to my car's battery, and yes i threw a fuse on it. the powers on and now when I try to huck up my car speakers I'm not even getting a sound. I went to autozone and bought some 18 gauge speaker wire. I cut just a small peice of the speaker wire to make sure i'd get sound before I put it all back together. Why do some of the duplex receptacles in my house get a greenish color on the outside? I don't get it. You wipe them clean and 2 weeks later there is more green. Bug in my apartment, I am mortified?

I had that roach problem when I lived in a third floor apartment in Washington DC in the 1960's. When I would turn on the light they would ter. I found an easy solution. I took a bottle of beer emptied half of it out and placed it at an angle inside a basket. The roaches would go inside the bottle, get drunk, try to crawl out but only slide backwards back to the bottom of the bottle. For 4 or 5 mornings I had bottles full of roaches. I just re-capped the bottle and threw it out with the garbage. In less than a week they are gone without toxic bug spray.

I don't understand about mattresses and bedframes?

Since we moved to our new house 3 years ago, our beds and bedframes have been all screwed up. I think the movers didn't emble the rails correctly, and now the beds are lopsided. Unfortunately, the frames for our bed in particular is adjustable with twist knobs, so that it's almost impossible to get everything aligned properly. I don't know how to make the frame/rails all the same height! Can anyone help me? I think our matress is pretty much shot after being like this for 3 years now. I have a Samsung SCH-u740 and it's great, the only thing is I can't figure out how to zoom in when I'm taking pictures. What should I get a KX 125, YZ125, RM 125 or the CR125?

I want the 2 stroke I could care less for the 4 stroke. Owned a 185cc 4 stroke and then I rode a 100cc 2 stroke and that thing ripped! Im 5'5 and weigh 120 pounds and im 15. I never rode any of these bikes. I got to sit on the yz 125 though and It was bad ***! How fast are these bikes. What is the funniest one for jumping, Going fast, Trails, MX tracks and just riding with friends and racing. How much would it cost to rebuild it? How offend will I have to rebuild it. I rode a dirt bike with a 125cc 2 stroke frame with a 185cc 4 stroke motor. A 125cc 2 stroke can beat a 250cc 4 stroke. Also how fast would it go stock with me on. 98 olds intrigue, shakes after ignition.?

I have a 98 Oldsmobile Intrigue with the 3.8L V6 it has almost 150,000mi on it. It runs smooth for the most part. Occasionally though it idles pretty shaky after starting the engine and I noticed the RPMs jumping as it's doing this. After I putting the car into gear and driving the shakyness quickly ceases. What could be causing it to do this? I've checked the spark plugs and wires and they seem to be in good condition except for running a little too hot, and the timing belt appears to be in excellent condition. A couple of other things I notice though is that the oil level seems to deplete gradually between oil changes, but I have not seen any oil leaks anywhere. The exaust seems pretty normal too, no smoke or anything. I'm certain it's not the motor mounts either.

In December (09) my husband and I lost our 1st baby at 11weeks pregnant. How can I tell what St. Louis Cardinals games are televised that I can watch out of state?

When I go to the Cardinals website to look at the TV listings, it tells me ESPN games (which i know will be on espn) but when it lists a game on Fox (like Sat May 10th) I look on my cable schedule and it is a yankees game not cardinals. Also, games listed on FSN dont show here either since it is FSNAZ. Any help from anyone about any teams so I can tell when games are "Really" going to be on Fox? The only thing I can count on is WGN when they play the cubs, or ESPN, or if they are playing the Diamondbacks. I want to see the Fox and FSN games. He has a small dog (terrier mix) He used to have her inside and she'll come out and play w my dog several times during the day. I just completed BCT and AIT and returned home on 12/15. I was instructed to report to my unit within 72 hours. Advice on adjusting to new formula?

We were using the Parents Choice brand of Gentlease and switched to the actual Enfamil brand of Gentlease because that's what WIC will be giving us and we wanted to be consistent. My son started having more bowel movements and way more gas. The gas doesn't seem to make him uncomfortable but it's just louder and we notice it more. He also has a diaper rash that I think is attributed to the increase in stools. He hasn't spit up or anything. Do you think he is adjusting to the formula and we should give it a few more days or should we switch again? I don't really have the money to try tons of formula. When should I call his doctor about this? It's been about 4 days. His stools aren't really loose, though they were at first and he is wetting as normal.

I tried placing the family on different lots and houses. I tried placing them in edit town then selecting the family and clicking change active household then placing them. I even tried merging with an existing family and It still crashed when I tried to load them. Nothing I try works, and it is just this ONE family. Why won't my xbox 360 run COD MW2?

I have the original 360, and whenever I put in MW2 the disc is unreadable message pops up after 20 seconds or so. This rarely happens with my other games. I tried a friends copy and the same message came up, but it worked fine on his xbox. Both discs are pretty much brand new, so there are no scratches on either of them. I went through the microsoft support website, and it obviously didn't help at all. I tried running it without the 15 GB hard drive (ya I know it sucks), and the same thing happened. I moved my xbox, cleared the cache, and nothing worked. I even installed it to hard drive, but it tells me to re install the game. I don't know whats wrong, I've tried every thing that I've read. It sounds like you have a tough situation on your hands- family can be exhausting (especially when we're talking the inlaw side)! I've found myself in similar cirstances a time or two and I've found that the best thing (at least for me) to do is to try and just ignore it and let it blow over. I know this is often easier said than done, especially when it seems like your feelings are getting trampled on, but the more you try to reason with them (especially when "they don't care") and the more you pine over it, the more you're risking having your feelings hurt all over again. And for what? You've already said you've done everything you can to show them that your doors open for them- you can't possibly make everyone happy 100% of the time- the most you can do is try your best to do whats right and pray that people will see this and be patient with you. They'll come around eventually- plus you'll find they have a lot less to say about you if you aren't falling all over yourself to work things out with them. Good luck!

Im 19 and have just finished sixth form (college). I studied English Literature, Media Studies and Film Studies and got grade of B-C, so im not completely stupid. If i do just go ahead and say it when im not sure, sometimes im corrected by someone. When i read allowed i often stutter, because i get all mixed up with what im saying. Im not sure if its dyslexia? But i also noticed that when i write i often miss words out of sentences. I also find it hard to spell words sometimes. and when it comes to maths.... im lost to it. Weight loss...normal or not so normal?

Just curious, cause I'm bored, but I had a lil girl going on two years ago, but before I had her I was fit, weighed 135, mainly muscle...I was in the Army...but during my pregnancy I had gained a good 65 pounds, putting me at 200 when I delivered. After I delivered I dropped to 180...within that first year I dropped back down to the weight I was before I was prego..actually I'm two pounds lighter..so say I have a heart condition, a heart murmur and a pin size hole in my heart that leaks blood, plus some other abnormalities...would this weight loss seem normal?

Both are plastic, but most DSLR's are now. But don't worry, it is a very high quality plastic. The Canon has a much cheaper feel than the olympus's. I personally don't like the feel of the canons at all, the nikons fit my hand better. My brother just bought the olympus 410 2 lens kit and he loves it. I am today 29 years old and had two children in the past 4 years. 6 years ago I had a blood test done and the lab result came back for Hepatitis C indeterminate and Neg for antibodies..My father who is a urologist told me...I might have came into contact with the virus but I dont have it. I dont understand anything and I am highly confused about it. Ever since that result I had doznes of blood test, because of my two pregnancies and other times I was at the ER for other reasons or doctor routine checkups...and no mentioning of the Hepatitis C indeterminate and Neg for antibodies...However, I had both umbilical cords of my kids frozen...and they sent me a letter stating...Your Hepatitis C test came back indeterminate..On further testing we couldnt find any antibodies please consult with your physician...I spoke to my doctor and she said thats nothing to worry about. But I feel it is something to worry about. Because I have read tha Hepatitis C can have no antibodies and years later antibodies are detected...Also since I had both my kids I started suffering from adult acne...I never had acne as a child nor as a teen...My parents and my sister neither one had acne..At first I thought it was due to my hormones being out of balance since I had both kids in very short intervals. But I read something about insuline resistance causing acne and liver functions etc co-relate....Can anyone make any sense out of this??? They all, including mama cat probably need deworming. Stomachs can be distended in kittens from worms/parasites. Especially strays. If you arent taking them to the vet for this, try an over the counter dewormer that says strongid or nemex. It should cover roundworms and hookworms. Make sure they are old enough for it. Kittens can have plenty of canned food. Dry has nothing to do with developing their teeth. The adult teeth will calcify and come at 4 to 7 months. But if they are eating dry make sure it is for a kitten. They are smaller pieces (you can always crush it) and the kittens need the extra fat. Mama should be weaning them off. Anyway, the bloated kitty, worms or not may be having a little trouble digesting at the same pace or eats more and takes longer to digest. You should be able to take them to the vet for an exam and deworming at a group or litter rate. Call around and just ask. Kittens also can have giardia which IS transferable to humans. You should take a couple poop samples to the vet! This young they arent going to make you do the vaccines yet.

I'm not a librarian but a teacher. One of the skills that is so important for kids to know is the benefit of doing research online. However it is essential that kids be smarter about doing research. Before computers, we sort of knew that books were factual and it took lots of work before publishing. Now anyone can publish online. As a student / researcher now, you have to learn the important skill of knowing what is a legitimate site - journal articles, looking at a web address (edu or org). It's like they need to be a bit more of a detetctive to sort thorugh the garbage and find some treasures online.

Could this be melanoma?

I've had this beauty mark/mole on my arm for a while now, but just started noticing some abnormalities. I don't know if it's always been like this, because I never paid too much attention to it until I went through a health panic recently (since my other symptoms have gotten better, my worries have diminished a bit, but this thing still concerns me). It's only 2 mm, so that's good, but it's very dark brown in the middle with shades of lighter brown that surround it. It also has a small growth coming off the side of it, but other than that it's symmetrical. It doesn't itch, the only colors are light and dark brown, no bleeding, no oozing, it's mindly elevated (it doesn't look that way, but if you feel it you can tell), and there's no crusting. I've recently gotten more concerned because I just notice some VERY light brown blemishes surrounding (though not attached to) it. I'm getting it checked out early tomorrow, but I want to know if this is just an atypical mole, or if it may be in fact melanoma. By the way, I'm an 18 year old male, and the last time I got sunburned was when I went camping two years ago.

Hi i can feel how paniced you are about this situation, because they are on such a large piece of driftwood it would be difficult to remove them with the parents, so i think it would be best to leave them where they are at the moment, also if you upset the parents too much they may well eat the eggs themselves! But before the fry have hatched you could get a breeding box (Hatchery) and when they hatch put the babies in there to stop the other fish from eating them when they are swimming around! I would recommend getting one that is made of mesh rather than one made of platsic with slit holes in the bottom, because altho these are good at letting uneaten food go through the bottom, sometimes adult fish can suck the babies out too! especially when they are tiny! Also the mesh ones are bigger so you may well be able to get the parents in their too, otherwise you can buy food especially for fry, i have never bred brasiliensis before so i don't know how they would do without their parents there?
